Call for entries to nominates for
LEGEND IN THE MAKING AWARDS 2014
NOMINATION COMMENCES: JANUARY 6, 2014
LEGEND
IN THE MAKING AWARDS is a first ever awards set to reward, encourage
and uplift Nigerian fast rising acts so as to continue to kick on their
legendary hustles in the industry.
This award is also
set to honour musical legends who have carved a niche for themselves in
the industry for people to admire. In the likes of Daddy Showkey, Sound
Sultan, 2face Idibia, and many of them who have actually impacted on the
upcoming acts so as to be different.
Eleven22 Media
(UNVEILMANIA), the organizer of the awards call for entries so as the
fast rising acts can be nominated and also plan that voting will
commence on 1st of February, 2014. The organizer also plan to stage a
pre-award talk show which will serve as a means of enlighten some
upcoming in the industry like art, media, entertainment and the grand
finale will be held on Saturday, 19th of April, 2014. The Unveilmania
also made it known that the year in review for LITM AWARDS 2014 will be
between DECEMBER 2012 and DECEMBER 2013.
To nominate in the various categories under the awards, nomination are in two ways: via internet and SMS.

nomination system where you can nominate. You can also send your

Note that only music materials released between December 2012 and December 2013 qualify for entry and it ends January 30, 2014.

The Awards categories are listed below.

LITM SOUNDTRACK OF THE YEAR: this award category is for
fast-rising act that has dropped a single of a hit recording track under
the year in review.
2. MOST POPULAR LEGEND IN
THE MAKING: this category is for young talented act that has made name
and in which he/she is accepted by the community under the year in
review.
3. LITM BEATMAKER OF THE YEAR: this award
category design to appreciate the fast-rising music producer who has
actually produced a beat of life under the year in review.

MOST PROMISING LEGEND IN THE MAKING: this award category is for
the most budding fast-rising act that has struggling his/her way to get
to the top and not yet release any debut album under the year in review.

LITM BEST COLLABO: this award category is for the best
collaboration track of a fast-rising act either well-known Nigerian act
or upcoming under the year in review.
6. MOST
POPULAR LITM STREET HOP: this category is for most admire song in the
street that has influenced the attitude of the community under the year
in review
7. BEST LITM RAP SINGLE: this category is for the best rap song under the year in review.
8.
BEST LITM RAGGAE/DANCEHALL TRACK OF THE YEAR: this category is for
the best reggae/dancehall or party jam song under the year in review.
9.
BEST LITM VOCALIST OF THE YEAR: this category is for the best
budding act with most outstanding vocal performances on a single song or
album under the year in review.
10. BEST LITM MUSIC
VIDEO OF THE YEAR: this category is goes to the director of a particular
video of a fast-rising act the year in review.
